HSE. Refresher Courses (Continuous Professional Development for First Aiders) Applicable for persons holding the EFAW & FAW qualifications These Annual Refresher courses have been devised by the HSE to reduce the skill decay  and lessening of confidence often experienced by first aiders.  They also provide updates of any changes in techniques.
